Frazer Jones have partnered with a leading Consultancy their new hire for a HR and Talent Development Manager.

As the HR and Talent Development Manager for you will play a crucial role in shaping their organisational culture, managing human resources functions, and ensuring the development and well-being of their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR generalist who has keen interest in talent development.

Salary £55,000-£60,000

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee the development of the learning curriculum
  • Oversee the annual and 6 month review cycle
  • Design/delivery of effective learning solutions and training delivery.
  • Advise Managers on performance improvement and talent growth
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and implement effective training programs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, Talent Development or Leaning and Development
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor within the Property Industry or Professional Services
  • Bachelors degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience in managing diverse and inclusive workplace environments.
