Level 1 Teaching Assistant

Location: Oldham OL1, UK

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £96-£106

Are you enthusiastic about supporting the education and development of young learners? We are currently seeking a motivated Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in Oldham.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help.

Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Support students with their social and emotional development.

Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.

Help prepare learning materials and resources.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Patience and empathy when working with students.

Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
