Location: Fully Remote (Applicants must reside in the UK)

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60k+)

Job Description:

We’re seeking experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisors to be part of a successful, collaborative team. You'll be guiding clients from their initial enquiry right through to completion, using our client's state-of-the-art platform to deliver top-tier mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch mortgage advice to clients from start to finish.
• Use the innovative platform to manage and process high volumes of business efficiently.
• Keep communication strong and clear with clients to ensure a smooth experience.
• Stay in the loop with the latest mortgage products and market trends.
• Follow all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably in a brokerage.
• Proven track record of guiding customers from enquiry to completion.
• CeMAP qualification (a must-have).
• Experience handling B2C enquiries and finding the best deals across multiple lenders (a plus).
