Responsibilities:
Manage a central repository of process documentation, ensuring accessibility to all staff.
Create process documentation, maps, and user guides.
Conduct meetings with departments to identify areas for improvement.
Analyse data to identify process performance areas.
Define 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes.
Review information to ensure processes achieve desired results and meet service levels.
Support compliance team during audits by updating process documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify internal business change requirements.
Work closely with the development team to specify solutions for automating manual processes.
Create and maintain process documentation, maps, and user guides.
Assess third-party solutions and present cost benefit analysis to senior management.
Maintain the process library and develop a knowledge base for critical business functions.
Conduct maturity assessments to highlight areas for improvement
Requirements:
Proficiency in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
Proven track record as a Process Analyst - adept at investigating issues, analysing options, and providing actionable recommendations.
Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to identify objectives and opportunities.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Demonstrated passion for creativity and enjoyment.
Computer literate with proficiency in Excel, Word, and both Mac and Windows OS.
Self-motivated and adaptable with a keenness for learning.
Experience working independently and in collaborative team environments.
Capable of executing, monitoring, and analysing campaigns effectively.
Experience in the utility industry would be an advantage
