Accounts Partner
An ambitious Top 40 chartered firm of accountants are currently seeking to add a Partner to the team based in Sutton. The Partner will be tasked with managing a team of accountants whilst assisting with the portfolio of clients spanning across many different industries whilst also increasing the existing client base and assisting with the strategic growth of the business. The Ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified with post years experience and will have experience of business development and management of existing clients previously whilst also managing a team. The Accounts Partner will be offered up to £100,000, hybrid working options among 30 days holiday + more. Accounts Partner Job Overview Line manage and develop senior staff in the accounts teamIncrease our Sutton client baseManage and grow a varied portfolio of accounts clients mainly comprising owner-managed businesses. overseeing the delivery of all services to your clientsOffer strategic business advice and collaborate with specialists within the firm where required on growth, acquisitions and mergers, succession planning and other critical business decisions for OMBPlan and manage the work being delivered by the accounts team in Sutton, working with colleagues to ensure appropriate resources are available for the work in the office Accounts Partner Job Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 7+ years post-qualified experience in a UK practice environmentExcellent and proven client relationship management skills and proven success in business developmentStrong UK accounts knowledge across FRS102, FRS102 1A, and FRS105.
