Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Duncan Street, Salford Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent/ Full time About the role: The office administrator will be responsible for managing the accommodation for operational staff nationwide, they will also undertake administrative tasks to support the Directors PA. Duties and Responsibilities: Book and manage accommodation throughout the business in conjunction to the 'Master Programme'Liaising with Site Managers Nationwide (right through from Bournemouth to Scotland)Being efficient with platforms such as Airbnb, Travelodge, Premier Inn and booking.comManaging cost when bookings are requiredSupport the implementation of our new booking travel portal 'CliK'Liaise with accounts for invoices and receipts of the bookings and expensesCoordinate any cancellations or changes of the programme with the 'Programme Manager' to meet booking needsSupport the PA with any Ad Hoc duties (etc - organising client meeting for Directors)Support with Director expense managementWelcoming & Directing visitors at Head OfficeEnsuring a clean and welcoming environment for staffUndertake general correspondence with the support of the Directors PACommunicate effectively with customers and staff internally and externally for business needs.
