Application Support Analyst - Permanent - London/Hybrid - £38,000 to £45,000 We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing financial services company. Within the role you will provide 1st & 2nd level support, troubleshooting & logging application issues, as well as supporting colleagues across the organisation. This is a hybrid role where travel to their office will be needed 2 days a week on average. What you will be doing: Provide 1st & 2nd level technical application support to end usersManage relationships with key stakeholders as well as with the external MSPMonitor service levels and ensure SLA’s are metSupport with MI reporting & service catalogue management What they are looking for: Proven application support experience on CRM systems, as well as other SaaS based applicationsFinancial Services/Asset Finance industry experience would be highly advantageousExperience of O365 and a general understanding of AzureExcellent team working & stakeholder management skills
