Weare looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team and leadthe design and construction of our projects in Glasgow and the surroundingareas.Your New role:Our client hastendered some large scale projects across Scotland and the UK working on somereally exciting healthcare projects, such as hospitals, clinics, and researchfacilities, that aim to improve the health and well-being of the communitiesthat we serve. They work with reputable and prestigious end clients in HealthCare, Higher Education, Residential & High Profile Charity. Working with ourclient as an Architect, you will be responsible for meeting with clients andstakeholders, developing construction documents, preparing budgets, overseeingcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and withinspecifications. You will also be expected to coordinate with other designprofessionals, such as engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects,and to comply with building codes and regulations. You will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and know the regulations HBNs and HTNs, to design fit outs for healthcare work - e.g. offices to healthcare as an example. What You will need to suceed: To be successfulas an Architect you should have a bachelor's degree in architecture,construction management, or civil engineering, and architecture certification.You should also have a portfolio of completed projects, advanced knowledge ofdrafting software, such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, excellentcommunication and reporting skills, and the ability to translate concepts intofunctional designs. Additionally, you should have strong project-managementskills, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and knowledge ofconstruction costs and time frames. Knowledge of the Healthcare sector specifically due to the projects you will be working on. You will be expected to visit site in London when required as this is where the bulk of the work will be located. To be part of an in-house team engaged in a full-scope global integration of SAP SuccessFactors. You will be primarily responsible for defining, overseeing, and ensuring the successful global integration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Integration, Configuration and Data Migration: Oversee the integration of a various modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems.Ensure data accuracy and integrity during data migration processes.Lead planning and design to configuration, testing, and deployment of the modules.Configure the system according to agreed-upon specifications and ensure that it functions as intended.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during integration.
