In this role you will be supporting the Category Manager to deliver growth plans, through daily use of several data sources turning this market and store data into reports and presentations, enabling you to understand the market and identify opportunities for both Greencore and Customer growth. Your role will be to support the category team to increase market share, drive revenue and support our customer's growth plans. You'll support the team in reviewing customer ranges, highlighting range gaps, analysing sales, and providing insights into new product development. You will work closely with the commercial and food development teams along with our customers to develop your knowledge of the industry and become an expert in your field, so being a solid team play is a must. The role; Download and manipulate data from retailer and market data systems using ExcelCollect information on ranges and prices by visiting storesRespond to ad hoc queries from internal and external customersCreate PowerPoint slides on market informationRaise and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely financial management Ideal candidate: It is essential that you can demonstrate a passion for the customer and a flair for commercialityWorking as part of a team you must have excellent relationship building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with stakeholders.You will have excellent planning and organization skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative, a self-starter with can-do attitudeA good knowledge of the retail, and commercial reasoning is desirable.You must be confident enough, taking personal accountability to deliver against set tasks and objectives.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and keen eye for detailMust have full UK driving license and access to a vehicle The role does offer hybrid working, however, the successful candidate will be expected to travel to a Greencore site to work at least weekly, and visit our customers stores on a regular basis. Asbestos SurveyorSomeone based in Leeds (Nationwide travel)Up to £35,000 working on commercial sites only including a full benefits package. My client is a multi-disciplined HSE licensed asbestos removal contractor, UKAS accredited testing laboratory and a UKAS accredited inspection body, providing clients in the public and private sectors, a flexible portfolio of asbestos services. My contact within the company has informed me of a few important details which will be of interest to an Asbestos Surveyor. There will be no housing Asbestos Survey. All sites are only commercial based sites. They operate nationwide but Asbestos Surveyors can work remotely, only having to come into the office occasionally. Quality is the client's number one priority, so time pressure is not involved as they do not want surveyors doing half a job! The pay is competitive and reviewed annually but on top of that overtime is offered regularly.
