The role is hands-on, visible, and influential. You'll be working with key clients, growing revenue, mentoring consultants, and driving the division to its full potential. What you'll need to succeed as Senior Leader A strong track record in recruitment leadership (Senior Manager/AD/Director level) Experience billing in or managing Business Support or similar white-collar verticals High energy, a motivating leadership style, and a hands-on commercial mindset Ability to coach and develop consultants while building your own client base A clear understanding of margins, performance metrics, and growth strategy If you're ready to lead and build something exciting, now's the time.
