This role must strive for innovation, by closely observing the expectations of our customer requirements. Key Responsibilities You accept incoming calls, identify the needs (test drive, consultation, other) and forward them to the appropriate contact person. You welcome all arriving visitors, interested parties, customer, and partners, if possible, by name.You will support the team in the coordination and assignment of appointments (test drive, consultation, other)Look after our studio guests from presentation, demonstration to orderRecord all details and information on our CXP systemKeep up to date with the specification/ additions to our Genesis car range through our internal training system Campus.Support of the team in the organization of events in the studio and, if necessary, also at official receptions. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of a cutting-edge brand, building meaningful relationships with vape shops and tobacco retailers across your region. You’ll help stores elevate their customer experience while driving visibility and excitement around the product range. What You’ll Be Doing Retail Relationship Building: Visit vape shops regularly to build strong partnerships with store owners and staff. Make sure the products are well positioned and stores are fully engaged with the brand. Market Intelligence: Stay on top of local trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity, and share insights to shape future strategies. In-Store Activation: Promote the product line, boost visibility, and support stores in showcasing the brand to its fullest.
