This role must strive for innovation, by closely observing the expectations of our customer requirements. Key Responsibilities You accept incoming calls, identify the needs (test drive, consultation, other) and forward them to the appropriate contact person. You welcome all arriving visitors, interested parties, customer, and partners, if possible, by name.You will support the team in the coordination and assignment of appointments (test drive, consultation, other)Look after our studio guests from presentation, demonstration to orderRecord all details and information on our CXP systemKeep up to date with the specification/ additions to our Genesis car range through our internal training system Campus.Support of the team in the organization of events in the studio and, if necessary, also at official receptions.
