A regional affordable housing provider are seeking an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to join their property services team. The Maintenance Surveyor will be reporting directly into the Head of Property and be responsible for delivering an effective maintenance service to the organisations tenants and housing stock as well as working with external contractors. Monitor contractors to ensure delivery of the programme according to set timescales, analysing data and reporting on performance against an agreed suite of key performance indicators on a monthly basis.
