They have offices in multiple locations.Your new roleA Business Analyst/ Scrum Master is urgently required to join the organisation to work on a high-profile Data Transformation programme. The aim of the programme is to introduce a new data platform to the organisation to improve the data ingestion and data quality within the organisation, especially for reporting purposes. The organisation is currently in the process of transforming to Agile ways of working, so the Business Analyst/ Scrum Master will also assist with the adoption of this. This is a multi-year programme. The first delivery will focus on performance attribution and reporting. The Business Analyst/ Scrum Master will be required to work closely with the senior management and key business stakeholders to build on the current Data vision capability and requirements definition. They will work with the stakeholders, data and external partners to prioritise, size and plan delivery against the backlog on a quarterly basis.
