Working closely with an experienced Scheduling Manager, who will support you with training, some of the key things you’ll be responsible for are: Coordinating and scheduling installations.Identifying customers’ needs and scheduling technicians to carry out work and repairs.Completing installation paperwork and customer handover packs.Liaising with site managers, project managers, technicians and customers.Coordinating special access for sites and ensuring relevant health and safety documentation is complete.
