What you’ll be doing as People Business Partner You will assess and anticipate ER/HR-related needs, communicating proactively with your People colleagues and managers and presenting to senior leaders. Your remit includes: strategic planning, including reskilling, upskilling, retention and succession planning; guiding the People Advisor who reports into you on policies and more complex issues; supporting (and coaching) managers through performance management processes, and playing a part in succession planning initiatives.
