The successful candidate will work in a permanent position, on a hybrid basis, with three days a week in the client South-West London office. You will also be required to travel to site when needed. Key Responsibilities: -Provide specialist knowledge and design for drainage, highways, and infrastructure projects (including 3D surface modelling and hydraulic drainage design). -Represent the team at client, contractor, and local authority meetings. -Design and gain approvals for S278/S38 highway schemes and S104/S106/S185 drainage schemes. -Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and use relevant CAD and drainage modelling software (e.g., FLOW, Microdrainage). -Deliver technical expertise, conduct Design Risk Assessments, and contribute to project hazard reviews. -Coordinate with other design functions and manage tendering processes Key Requirements: -Degree level qualification in Civil Engineering. -Chartered or working towards. -Extensive experience of working on drainage and highway design projects. -Proficient in relevant software tools. -Experience in civil design, ideally within a consultancy. -Strong communication and written skills.
