In this role, you will: You will Become a vital part of our passionate and dedicated Neurodevelopmental Team, working across one of our three North London boroughs: Barnet, Enfield, or Haringey.You will provide a specialist service to children and young people with neurodevelopmental needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). You’ll contribute to the diagnostic process, carry out specialist assessments, and deliver formulations that highlight strengths and areas of need—helping shape evidence-based interventions that truly make a difference.You will offer clinical supervision to other clinicians and trainees, while also supporting and consulting with multidisciplinary teams, professionals, and non-professional staff—building a culture of shared learning and collaborative care.You will take part in delivering therapeutic interventions, as well as using your research and audit skills to contribute to service development and continuous improvement. This is a flexible role with part-time and weekend opportunities available, making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance without compromising on impact. What you’ll need—and be able to provide evidence for: A recognised professional qualification in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology, along with a relevant degree or equivalent level of experience.Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).Demonstrable experience in assessing children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)—you’ll bring both insight and empathy to your assessments.Familiarity with RIO (electronic patient records system)—or the ability to quickly adapt to clinical systems and processes.
