Commercial Assistant Working in the construction sector to coordinate and oversaw the commercial management for the delivery of all selected projects. Commercial Manager Salary; £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Car Location; Hull, York or Barrow in Furness As a Commercial Manager, you will take charge of the commercial management of a diverse portfolio of projects or a significant single project. Your role will include overseeing the management and development of project surveyors, as well as trainee and assistant surveyors, ensuring the successful commercial execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: Contract Analysis & Negotiation: Conduct thorough analysis of proposed contract terms, recommending alternative terms where necessary to mitigate risks.
