Meraki Talent is proud to be partnering with a well-known and highly regarded Corporate, Private, and Fund Services provider to support them in recruiting a Corporate Accountant for their London office.This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the finance function, along with the opportunity to mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.Prepare statutory accounts in compliance with relevant regulations.Produce management accounts for clients on a regular basis.Prepare corporate tax returns and ensure timely submission.Handle quarterly VAT returns and submit them to HMRC.Prepare personal tax returns (preferred but not essential).Maintain statutory registers and oversee company secretarial duties, including statutory filings.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.Undertake ad hoc tasks as required by management. Person Specification: Ideally, 2–3 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice or corporate services firm.ACCA or ACA qualified, or at finalist level.Familiarity with IRIS and Xero (preferred) or similar accounting software.Ability to work to deadlines.Excellent communication skills.
