They work with a range of clients, including Private Equity, Corporates, and owner-managed businesses across a wide range of sectors.The RoleAs a director you will be the main point of contact for clients, from initial meeting, pitching, diligence, negotiation through to closing the transaction. Directors are expected to lead transactions, and advise on more complex deals, fee discussions, and negotiations. You will be a strong project manager and will take the reins when it comes to planning, execution, deal management, and progression.Internally, you will be the "go-to" person alongside the partners.
