The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to join our Marketing team at Ashtons, Hertfordshire's leading estate agent. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand’s growth by producing high-quality artwork. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for design, you will collaborate closely under the management of our Marketing Manager to deliver exceptional digital and print materials that uphold our strong brand identity. As part of our small in-house team, you will become a master of the Ashtons brand while working on our sub-brands, including Ashwell Mortgages and The Collection, as well as artworking requirements for our property developer partnerships. The role requires a high performer who strives for excellence, doesn’t stand still and matches our exceptional standards Key Responsibilities Collaborate to create visually engaging artwork across a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, leaflets and print assets.Ensure all artwork adheres to the Ashtons brand guidelines and is delivered to the highest standard.Prepare and finalise artwork files for both digital and print use, ensuring precision and quality.Retouch and enhance images to maintain the highest visual standards.Assist in the development and upkeep of brand assets, templates and guidelines.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. The Ideal Candidate Has experience in a similar Creative Artworker role, designing for both print and digital platforms.Able to showcase a strong portfolio of work, demonstrating skills and capabilities.Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (video editing skills are a bonus).Is curious and self-motivated, with a passion for developing skills and staying ahead of industry trends. An understanding of the latest technologies and AI advancements is a must.Thrives in a high-performing environment, aiming to uphold and exceed the standards of Hertfordshire's leading estate agent.Demonstrates flexibility and resilience, with the ability to adapt to varying tasks and priorities across multiple projects.Has exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, with strong proofreading skills.Possesses technical repro knowledge, with the ability to create documents from scratch and prepare them for press whilst maintaining best practice at all times. This includes taking projects from initial layout through to final artwork, proof-checking and approval. The individual should equally be able to turn their hand to all things digital, ensuring optimal output.Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills, building strong partnerships across various functions.Works both independently and collaborativelyHas an interest in property, prior experience in a corporate or estate agency sector (advantageous but not essential). Hours Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch Office based or Hybrid Working Hybrid, at least 3 days based in our Harpenden office. Part-time also considered. Creative Artworker - £45k - London, onsite. Are you a talented and creative artworker seeking your next position? I want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality files for digital, social media, video, motion graphics, and exhibition collateral. Working closely with the senior creative designer, you will follow briefs and contribute to a variety of design projects in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you must be able to meet deadlines, work efficiently, and ideally possesses an understanding of 3D design - or have a passion and willingness to learn. Strong typography and design skills are essential. We have a client based in Kent who is currently looking for a full-time creative artworker The company specialise in Exhibition and Events Design Ideally someone who can be on site with the company in Kent - they have parking and also they are fairly near to a train station Once settled in some work can be hybrid on occasion when it’s just you and your work Usual skillset to a good standard and ideally with SketchUp As well as a full cv can you please send 5 or 6 examples of work that we can present to the client, the best way to do this is on a PDF document all in a single folder no more than 5-9mb in size or if you have an online portfolio then that's fine.
