In this role you will: Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers via telephone, email, and written correspondence.Provide timely and accurate finance quotes for the full range of financial products, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs.Generate contractual documents for all financial products in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy.Process signed contract documents in the system and handle payment of vehicle invoices, including maintaining Salesforce and other company records.Process approved requests for early settlements, terminations, insurance losses, and any contractual changes, ensuring that system records and tracker spreadsheets accurately reflect these updates.Proactively manage the end-of-lease process for all vehicles, including customer communication to ensure timely returns and/or terminations as needed. Here is an opportunity for you if you prefer a busy and interactive environment, and where the team works collaborativley with managers and directors. You’ll work from 8 am until 5 pm Monday to Thursday, and everyone clocks off early on a Friday. The role is fully office-based, but this is your preference anyway. Working closely with an experienced Scheduling Manager, who will support you with training, some of the key things you’ll be responsible for are: Coordinating and scheduling installations.Identifying customers’ needs and scheduling technicians to carry out work and repairs.Completing installation paperwork and customer handover packs.Liaising with site managers, project managers, technicians and customers.Coordinating special access for sites and ensuring relevant health and safety documentation is complete.
