Main duties: Providing administrative assistance to Account ManagersDeal with incoming telephone enquiries, transferring to the correct parties, taking accurate messagesGeneral administration duties such as processing sales orders and preparing invoicesArranging couriers, sending tracking numbers, dealing with courier mix-ups, sending invoicesAfter sales ad hoc customer callsAfter sales service - responding to customer non-technical enquiries and complaintsMaintaining supplies of stationery and equipmentAd hoc data entryHandling customer service on ecommerce platforms (messages, calls, invoices, returns) Skills/Experience required: Excellent administration, organisation and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills within a teamStrong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Proactive and confident in communicating with customers, suppliers, and internallyComfortable with prioritising and multi-tasking under pressure and to very short deadlinesSmall team attitude: Flexible, adaptable, and dependable, with a strong sense of professionalism and dedicationValid passportEducation: A-Levels or equivalent Benefits: On-site parking Please click on the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.
