As a Deputy Hospital Director, you will have previous experience of project management as you will manage functions of the hospital. You will also deputise for the Hospital Director, where you will attend internal and external meetings with key stake holders. As Deputy Hospital Director you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of the service. Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will support the development and provision of a high quality and bespoke pathway of care for the service users. Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will provide personalised assessment and treatment programmes for males with mental illness/complex care needs as well as those with personality disorder, and females and males in a PICU service.
