Prestigious opportunity for a Service Transition & Design Analyst to join our pioneering digital transformation.Co-ordinating an end to end Service Assurance (Service Design and Transition) processes. You will be responsible for work ensuring that new and changed IT Services have a complete Service Design Package, and that it meets the agreed Service Transition and Operational Readiness measures, which includes creation of artefacts such as runbooks, configuration of ITIL service support processes, support and RACI models, Disaster Recovery plans, and the completion of knowledge transfer.If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!
