Development Engineer A house builder seeks to appoint a Development Engineer to work across a number of housing developments throughout the North West region. About the role - Development Engineer You will provide lean but robust engineering strategies as part of an established, successful land and development team. The role will be working primarily with the land team to de-risk bids and support the due diligence process for land acquisition approval. This would include technical reporting and providing strategies for drainage, cut & fill, retaining walls, foundations, and utilities. Support with groundworks estimating and procurement would also be provided. Development Engineer A Five Star house builder have a requirement for an Engineer to join their Engineering team based in Warrington. Engineer role The role of the Engineer is to provide technical support at all stages of the development process, from initial viability advice to full design packages, gaining technical consents and providing advice to all other departments and selected contractors during construction. You will undertake engineering design directly or assess and appraise consultant's designs for suitability and to ensure the designs are the most cost effective, compliant with legislation and practical.
