This is a crucial role in designing learning solutions to support the performance of our Operations colleagues. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and effective learning and performance support content, leveraging a variety of digital tools and techniques and traditional content creation. Collaborate with L&D team members, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop impactful learning solutions.
