The Role:As Document Controller, you will: Manage and maintain the project document control system, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and readily accessible.Receive, register, distribute, and track all project documents, including drawings, specifications, correspondence, reports, and other relevant information.Implement and maintain document control procedures in accordance with company and project requirements.Manage electronic document control systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, etc.).Maintain a comprehensive document register and version control system.Assist in the preparation of document packages for client submissions and internal review.Ensure the timely distribution of information to relevant project stakeholders.Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment by ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation is available.
