E-Commerce Manager
Responsibilities: * Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand's goals and target audience. * Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. * Plan and implement online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns tailored to fashion consumers. * Oversee the functionality, design, and performance of the e-commerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's style and quality. * Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive. * Collaborate with designers and IT teams to update content, product descriptions, and images regularly. * Optimize the site for conversions, including implementing features like personalized recommendations and size guides. * Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely availability of fashion collections. * Use sales data to forecast demand and recommend adjustments to inventory and product mix. * Highlight bestsellers and seasonal trends on the website to maximize sales potential. Oversee digital visual merchandising to showcase fashion products in an attractive and aspirational manner. * Ensure adherence to the brand's style guidelines and seasonal themes across all e commerce assets. * Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, including web developers, content creators, and digital marketers. * Work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to align online strategies with overall brand objectives. * Build partnerships with external vendors, influencers, and platforms to enhance the e commerce presence. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. * Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools. * Knowledge of the fashion market, trends, and customer behavior. Skills and Competencies: * Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). * Expertise in visual merchandising and online fashion presentation. * Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. * Creative mindset with a focus on brand storytelling and customer engagement. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): * Online revenue growth and achievement of sales targets. * Website performance (conversion rates, page load times, etc.). * Effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns (traffic, engagement, ROI). * Inventory sell-through rates and reduced stock-outs. * Customer satisfaction and retention scores (e.g., Net Promoter Score).
