Day-to-day of the role: Managing a team of Employee Relations AdvisorsDeal with and support on in depth cases by providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycleEnsure that the team are conducting thorough investigations into employee complaints and issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment of employee relations practices with overall HR strategy and business objectives.Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising on any necessary changes to company policies.Deliver training and workshops to managers and employees on employee relations topics, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
