We are partnering with a pioneering company to find an Equipment & Facilities Engineer who can help optimise their cleanroom facilities, production processes, and specialist equipment. You will need to think on your feet and be comfortable working on bespoke equipment that there may not be an instruction manual for. This isn't just a maintenance role. It's a chance to be the glue between R&D and Manufacturing - developing procedures, upgrading kit, commissioning new equipment, and helping shape the facility as it scales. On a day to day basis, you will be: Developing and enhancing cleanroom environments to support both R&D and productionPerforming equipment upgrades from concept to fully operational realityAnalysing breakdowns and introducing smart, long-term fixesCreating and implementing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting systemsCommissioning new equipment and keeping critical systems runningCollaborating with engineers across process, test, and characterisation to ensure quality and performanceUsing data to identify trends, control processes, and support decision-makingWriting SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and ensuring QMS complianceSolving real engineering challenges in a fast-moving, high-tech environment What do we need from you?
