This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a building with a prominent address, exceptional occupiers, and a commitment to sustainability, community, and operational excellence, as the client looks to enhance the asset further through a programme of major works to the development. Experience with overseeing significant building upgrades, operational compliance, and innovation in service delivery will be important, along with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and occupier teams.
