Facilities Helpdesk Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Assistant to work in the London office of a leading US law firm in stunning offices in the City. The role will be offered on a full-time, permanent basis working on an alternate shift pattern of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm / 10am to 7pm. Duties will include: Responding to Facility Helpdesk queries via email/phone.Ensuring timely completion of requests, and coordinating with maintenance teams.Arranging access for contractors.Supporting the Facilities Supervisor with vendor management and soft services.Assisting with administrative tasks.Communicate with other departments as needed such as IT and catering.Managing conference room bookings in EMS.Registering visitors in the Visitor Management system.Reporting technical issues.Providing a smooth shift handover.
