We’re looking for an ambitious Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help provide outstanding and high-level customer service to our patients. From managing a team, producing weekly rotas to cleaning private rooms and the public areas everyone enjoys, your team will play a big part in helping us make our hospitals warm and welcoming. We’ll look to you to uphold our high standards by ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors and patients. You’ll be both professional and friendly – someone who’s completely focused on providing 5* customer service, with a can-do attitude. As well as this you’ll: have experience supervising housekeeping teams within a similar environmentbe great with people, able to communicate clearly with team members and customers, and to have a good knowledge of IT systems.have a clear understanding of the importance of legislation and regulations – including hygiene, health and safety, uniform and othersbe completely focused on customer service, with a can-do attitudebe comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a positive attitudebe able to support the team fully with a hands-on approach to deliver exceptional service standards within a private health care environment Why HCA UK?
