As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and driven Family & Immigration Solicitor to join our team on a hybrid working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to develop within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload across private family and immigration law Lead and supervise a small team of paralegals and support staff Handle client enquiries, provide consultations, and convert leads Ensure cases are progressed efficiently, meeting billing and service targets Work closely with the legal cashier and firm’s leadership Engage in business development and build client relationships Family Law Areas Include: Divorce and financial settlements Child arrangements, custody, and contact orders Child abduction and relocation Domestic violence, injunctions, and non-molestation orders Civil partnership dissolution Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Cohabitation agreements Special Guardianship Orders Adoption and surrogacy Immigration Law Areas Include: Spouse, student, visitor, adult dependant, and ancestry visas Settlement applications (ILR, naturalisation, pre-settled/settled status) Skilled worker, sponsor licence, Global Talent, HPI, and Innovator Founder visas Asylum and human rights applications Appeals, bail, deportation, administrative reviews, and judicial review Business Immigration - Sponsorship Licence, Skilled Worker Visa, HNW Individual, UK Expansion Worker What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) Strong experience in both immigration and family law (Legal Aid experience is still considered) Proven ability to manage a caseload independently Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Client-following is desirable but not essential A confident, client-centred, and proactive approach to problem solving Motivated team player with strong time management and leadership skills Understanding of business development and commercial awareness Desirable but Not Essential Some experience in drafting Wills Benefits Compatitive salary with weekly + monthly bonus scheme Generous performance-based bonus and commission Hybrid working Company pension Mentoring and training opportunities Regular team events Free/discounted lunch options Strong career progression in a growing firm Additional Details Work Location: Hybrid (remote and in-office at EC4N, London) Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Authorisation: Must have the right to work in the UK Licence/Certification: SRA Practicing Certificate (required) Language: Fluent English (required) Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to London EC4N before starting To Apply:Submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.
