Temp Investment Secretary / Desk Assistant - 3 month assignment - Immediate start - City of London - £20-£30/hour (DoE) Our client, a fabulous City based Investment Management company, is looking for an experiencedInvestment / Wealth Management Secretary to join their office-based team on a temporary basis. Although this is a secretarial based role, the role will be client facing and will involve liaising and maintaining business relationships with clients, therefore impeccable communication and interpersonal skills are key to the success of this role. We’re looking for someone dynamic, highly organised, analytical and numerate, with solid IT skills and fast, accurate typing. Suitable candidates will ideally possess previous experience as a Secretary in Wealth Management / Investment Banking or Financial Services, or as a Desk Assistant and must be able to 'hit the ground running’. This temp role will initially be office based 5 days/week, then will offer hybrid working 1 day per week.
