Residential Property Lawyer Location: DevonJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Dependent on experience We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join our Residential Property Department due to recent growth and an increase in instructions. This role is also open to suitably qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters in a demanding yet rewarding environment. Day-to-day of the role: Handle sales and purchases including freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered property.Manage grant and surrender of easements and covenants.Conduct remortgages and transfers of equity.Deal with landlord & tenant matters from inception through to completion.Build and maintain relationships with a varied client base, from residential purchasers to developers and investors.Create your own network of contacts within the local community to continue to grow the portfolio. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.Enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.IT literate, organised, with keen attention to detail and good numerical skills.Able to work with minimal supervision and prioritise workload effectively.
