This role is also open to suitably qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters in a demanding yet rewarding environment. Day-to-day of the role: Handle sales and purchases including freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered property.Manage grant and surrender of easements and covenants.Conduct remortgages and transfers of equity.Deal with landlord & tenant matters from inception through to completion.Build and maintain relationships with a varied client base, from residential purchasers to developers and investors.Create your own network of contacts within the local community to continue to grow the portfolio. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.Enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.IT literate, organised, with keen attention to detail and good numerical skills.Able to work with minimal supervision and prioritise workload effectively. The Role: The position is a fee earning role within our Family Law Department.
