Teaching & Learning Administrator Role: Contract - Until July 2025 Salary: £18.88 - £21.50 per hour Hybrid working A leading educational institute are searching for a Teaching and Learning Administrator. The post holder will provide specialist administration to the designated teaching programmes, ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with all aspects of its administration. The post holder will also be responsible for administering the department’s compliance with Tier 4 legislation and student engagement monitoring policies for undergraduate students. Create and monitor records of attendance at mandatory lectures, workshops, and tutorials, and ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant policies.Work with staff to obtain a complete register or attendance report for students, alerting appropriate staff where risks are apparent.Where appropriate, liaise with the relevant teaching and learning administrator and the Departmental Tutor in relation to authorised absence request and monitor students’ return from absence.Liaise with personal tutors to obtain records of student meetings.Maintain records of in-course assessment.Admissions administrationsAssist Departmental coursework coordinator to ensure all coursework marks are enteredCo-ordinate start of session arrangements; registration of new students, collate welcome packs, safety booklets, timetables, and other necessary documentation.Work with the senior teaching and learning administrators/departmental tutor to set up induction week(s).
