Applicants will have experience of Audio typing and working with court documents and bundles. Day to day you will be speaking with clients and assisting with enquiries whilst supporting the Solicitors focusing on Litigation. Key Responsibilities: Manage all core Legal Cashiering processes: ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operationsLead daily banking and payments: support fee earners and maintain up-to-date recordsOversee reconciliations: review team work and ensure prompt clearing of outstanding itemsManage client balances: maintain compliance with Solicitors Accounts RulesCoordinate disbursement processing: including Counsel, Experts, and foreign paymentsDrive process improvement: contribute to firmwide finance system projects Requirements: Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Legal Cashier In-depth knowledge of Solicitors Accounts RulesProven Legal Cashiering experience within legal or professional servicesConfident using legal accounting systems (Actionstep or equivalent)Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsMeticulous attention to detail and numeracyExcellent communication and organisation skillsUnderstanding of VAT recovery and billing/credit control (desirable)
