The current team consist of a Director, 3 x fee earning staff, and a team of admin support from property management to coordinators. Within this role you are you are purely in control of your own desk, you will be out valuing and listing properties, admin will be picked up by the administration team. The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary £30,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £75,000. There is no need to drive with this position. Five day working weeks with a 1 in 3 Saturday working pattern.
