We are currently recruiting for a brand-new paralegal vacancy, to work in the London office of our client, a leading US law firm. Based in the heart of the city, this is a permanent opportunity to support the IP Litigation practice group. The Paralegal will support Partners and Associates in managing client matters from pre-litigation to trial and post trial, overseeing case management, hearing preparation and document handling. Suitable applicants will have a strong academic background and ideally have undertaken the LPC or SQE. Prior experience in a similar paralegal role is also necessary as well as a motivated and hardworking manner. Responsibilities will include: Coordinate and file court briefs and materialsManage hearing logistics (trials, appeals)Prepare bundles, exhibits, and pre-trial documentsOversee document management and reviewsHandle materials from clients and third partiesConduct researchCoordinate with clients, experts, and court personnelAssist with business development and marketing A highly competitive salary is on offer, plus overtime, benefits and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements are in place.
