This role is integral to enhancing our school's profile and engagement with the community, ensuring alignment with our ethos and strategic goals. Day-to-day of the role:•    Develop and deliver the annual marketing and communication strategy and budget in collaboration with the Head and Bursar.•    Monitor and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and social media statistics, producing detailed reports on activities.•    Manage key digital metrics to inform future marketing activities and reach new customer segments.•    Analyse enquiry and admissions figures to inform and develop marketing strategies.•    Oversee the school’s survey and research plans, including gathering non-joiner information to drive admissions improvements.•    Implement marketing strategies through advertising, campaigns, and managing SEO and PPC campaigns with an agency.•    Manage the school and Sports Ground websites, ensuring content, style management, and design are up to standard.•    Oversee and develop the school’s social media presence and paid campaigns.•    Develop and lead public relations strategies, maintaining relationships with key press contacts and stakeholders.•    Organise and participate in open mornings and school tours to ensure prospective pupils and their parents have a positive experience.
