This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a full-function leadership role within a high-performing SME, driving campaigns, brand identity, and commercial results across digital and traditional channels. What you’ll be doing: Owning the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across multiple industries and sectors.Delivering campaign-driven marketing across social media, email, offline materials and events.Leading brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring high-quality, on-brand messaging.Driving leads into the sales team through integrated campaigns and marketing/sales collaboration.Project managing the delivery of brochures, catalogues, website content, trade shows and more.Managing agency relationships (SEO/PPC/web), content, and analysing ROI on campaigns.Taking ownership of the company’s ERP marketing module and optimising its use. Requirements You’ll thrive here if you: Are a confident B2B marketeer used to working in fast-paced, commercial environments.Have a strategic mindset but aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.Understand the full marketing mix and have hands-on experience with digital tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, and social platforms.Are comfortable mentoring junior staff and managing multiple workstreams to deadline.Know how to get the best out of agency partners while keeping projects on time and on budget.
