Marketing Executive
Full time, permanent role - office based in BH17 This new role has been created to support the brand customer communications. The Marketing Executive will be involved in all aspects of marketing, contributing to the growth and development of this established and prestigious brand. Success will be measured through the delivery of successful campaigns and positive customer feedback. The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years’ experience within a marketing role and looking for their next step up. Work on campaigns from briefing to approval: including proof reading and gaining relevant approvals, requiring excellent attention to detailContribute ideas and copy for customer communications and promotional product material - adjusting tone and content appropriate to various channelsResearch, write and gain feedback for marketing copy to be used in marketing materialSupport the execution of digital campaigns using email, social media, corporate and customer websitesSupport the team in the creation of catalogues and other printed collateralLiaise with other departments and team members who require marketing information and co-ordinate timely responsesSupport the co-ordination of customer events - organising displays, production of branded materials, and sales literatureEnsure customer requests for images and data are responded to swiftly, requiring excellent written and verbal communication in order to represent the brands to the highest standardClose liaison with team members, Design and Product teams to enable effective planning of launch campaignsOccasional travel to our showroom or other locations to support set-up or other activity as required Skills and Competencies 1 to 2 years’ experience in marketing with a creative mentalityTeam player, happy in a team environmentExcellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with an aptitude for planning aheadExcellent communication and relationship building skillsAn eye, empathy and passion for product and marketingAble to show careful attention to detailAble to demonstrate a dynamic and agile approach to changing demands in a growing businessAn enthusiastic self-starter, able to research and take initiative A marketing qualification and/or experience of a similar role is preferred. However, developing an interest in learning about the markets in which the brands operate will be necessary to be successful - building towards a keen interest in the external environment, such as competitor and customer activities.
