About You Time-served Welder or Fabricator (using MIG or TIG), with a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication / Welding or equivalent and proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting.Demonstrated experience with variety of metals including stainless steel and aluminium.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills to support collaboration within production.
