As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Plumber , you will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing, and other trade tasks to maintain and improve our properties and communal areas. You will be expected to provide high-quality service, ensuring work is completed to professional standards and in compliance with relevant regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Trade Competence: Perform a variety of tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and masonry, both internally and externally, at a multi-skilled level.Ensure all tasks align with the Skills Awards L2/3 NVQ Diploma in Maintenance Operations or equivalent qualifications. Professional Standards: Execute work to a professional standard, adhering to building regulations, codes of practice, and industry best practices.Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks.
