This is a full-time position, however, they may also be open to part-time on a 4-day basis.Your new roleThis Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of complex, high-value clinical negligence cases from inception to trial. Claims include, but are not limited to, amputation, misdiagnosis, and birth injury. You may be asked to provide supervision and mentoring to junior members of the team.
