Project Coordinator
The Company An expanding, global business with a brand new headquarters in Marlow, are looking for an experienced "all rounder" to join their team on a permanent basis. An exciting opportunity to join a thriving business who keep going from strength to strength and are a well respected competitor in the market. The Role For the first 6 months or so, you will be supporting the implementation of the new systems which involves a lot of admin focussed duties, and a 'hands on' approach to providing support across the business. Once delivered, you will transition into a Projects Coordinator role working alongside the Senior Project Coordinator and Project Manager to successfully coordinate and deliver small to major projects. Other responsibilities will include: Cost, procure and plan delivery of materials for the projectAssist operations to organise and budget resourcesCreate and monitor project cash flow whilst adhering to project budget. Reporting any discrepancies or problems to the finance teamLiaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors and subcontracts to build relationships for future services and pricingRaise purchase orders and sales order and produce invoices for the finance team to send outMonitor and report any potential risks to each project About You We are looking for someone who ideally has experience within a similar function, but if not, you must be able to come in and learn quickly 'on the job’, whilst already possessing strong coordination skills. Key attributes/skills desire: Experience in an office administration, project administration or coordination roleStrong communicator and able to liaise with people of all levelsAccurate and an eye for detailAbility to multi task and prioritise workloadEnjoys a busy roleStrong team player and happy to help out others when required The Package Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE.25 days holiday + bank holiday.Private medical and dental insurance.Company ownership scheme.
