Our client is a rapidly changing hotel business looking for an ambitious Director of Revenue to join their team on a permanent basis, based remotely anywhere from the UK with travel to the Midlands required once a month. This job would suit someone with 5-7 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably with a hotel group of less than 50 properties. They will be responsible for the strategic orientation of the hotels in order to ensure the maximisation of total revenue and market share. This is a leading hotel brand with sites across the UK and Europe offering luxury, exceptional service, and breathtaking locations. They are currently developing the technology across the business having brought in a new senior management team in 2023. The successful individual will be a highly analytical and experienced revenue management professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving financial performance. They will have proven experience in managing relationships with General Managers and influencing property-level strategies with a track record of achieving success in high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build effective relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and related software is also a requirement.
